Executive Director / Infant Toddler Success Program

Erin Brinker, the Director of the Infant Toddler Success Program, works to ensure parents and caregivers of children ages 0-36 months are ready for school and life. With neuroscience and other research demonstrating that a child’s success in school and adulthood is largely determined in the first three years of life, the Infant Toddler Success Program offers classes twice a week for four weeks to parents in need.

Erin holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and has worked in nonprofit management, PR, marketing, finance and development for almost 20 years. Her background in fund development such as grant writing, public relations and marketing, events and strategic planning including retreat facilitation allows her to provide resources and in-depth understanding of community interaction. Additionally, Erin serves as a co-host of the morning show, On the Brink, on NBC News Radio.

As an advocate and member of the community, she strives to see community growth and perseverance.

“Hope is the belief that we have the power to change our circumstances. The Making Hope Happen Foundation, together with the San Bernardino City Unified School District, has engaged the community to create meaningful change,” says Erin.
